A family history


The building « le Rocher » located in Corin (Sierre) has been taking over in 2007 by the Heldner family. His Chef, Amandus Heldner, shared his food skills, acquired during more than 45 years, to his daughter Kerstin Heldner.

After spending more than 12 years serving in the restaurant and learning the knowledge of her father, Kerstin cooks carefully and passionately her dishes. This woman from the Valais, from the business area, proudly carries on a family tradition.

Always concerned with the satisfaction of her customers, she inquires after their feedbacks at the end of the meal. She reveals enthusiastically:  « Client satisfaction is my greatest joy! »



Our label « Saveurs du Valais »


For many years, we are trying to provide quality meals, from agricultural sources of our beautiful region. This is the reason why we joined the label « Saveurs du Valais ».

This association raises the customers awareness of the importance of promoting local specialities. We are trying to act as an ambassador of products and producers from our region, the beautiful Valais.
